Shipping policy

Coast and Clay aims to ship orders within 1 week. You will receive email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Canadian orders are typically shipped through Canada Post. Coast and Clay cannot guarantee Canada Post's delivery times. In the event of a Canada Post strike, orders will be shipped through alternative carriers, such as Purolator and UPS.

Unfortunately shipping to the USA is unavailable at this time. We apologize for this inconvenience.

If you choose untracked shipping, unfortunately we will not have any information about your package's location or expected delivery date. For this reason, Coast and Clay is not liable for untracked shipping delays and/or lost packages.

If you choose tracked shipping, you will receive a tracking number, allowing you to check the location and expected delivery date of your package. Your order will also be insured for up to $100.
